Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use this site or order work from us.
Last updated 1 November 2026
In short. We quote each job in writing. What is in the quote, and what you approve at proof stage, is what we deliver. Custom print and build work cannot always be cancelled once production has started.
Who we are
HDco — Ideas Media Creative (“HDco”, “we”, “us”) provides printing, signage, production and installation services. These terms apply to this website and to the services we provide, unless a signed quote or contract says something different.
Quotes and orders
Prices are quoted for the scope, quantity, materials and dates set out in the quote. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. A contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing and we confirm the order — not when the quote is issued.
If the scope changes after you accept, we will tell you what the change does to the price and the date before doing the extra work. We do not add charges that were not discussed with you.
Your artwork and content
You are responsible for the artwork, text, logos and images you supply, and for making sure you have the right to use them and to have them printed or installed. If we prepare or amend artwork for you, that work is part of the quoted scope.
We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, infringing or technically unsuitable, and we will explain why.
Proofs and approval
For printed work we provide a proof before production. Please check it carefully, including spelling, telephone numbers, sizes, quantities and the correct version of every logo. Once you approve a proof in writing, it is the version we produce.
Changes after approval may add cost and time. We will confirm both before proceeding.
Colour, materials and finish
Print is a physical process. Colour can vary slightly between presses, paper stocks, substrates and batches, and a screen is not a colour-accurate proof. We aim to match approved proofs and supplied colour references closely, within normal trade tolerances. Where an exact match matters — for example a brand colour — tell us before production and we will discuss the best route.
Production, delivery and installation
Dates in a quote are our best estimate based on the information available. They depend on timely artwork approval, material availability and, for installation, safe access to the site.
For installations you are responsible for providing safe access, necessary permissions, power and a suitable surface, and for telling us about anything on site that could affect the work. If a site is not ready on the agreed date, we may need to charge for a return visit.
Price and payment
Prices are as stated in the quote. A deposit may be required before production starts; if one applies, the quote says so and states the amount. Invoices are due on the terms shown on the invoice or quote.
If an invoice becomes overdue we may pause work and charge reasonable costs caused by the delay, where the law allows. We will always contact you first.
Cancellation and changes
Because print, signage and build work is made for you, cancellation terms depend on how far production has gone. Our Refund Policy sets out how we handle cancellations, faults and refunds.
Our designs and portfolio
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, the copyright in designs, artwork and production files we create stays with HDco, while you own the physical goods you have paid for and the right to use the finished artwork for its intended purpose.
We may photograph finished work for our portfolio and this website. If a job is confidential, tell us before production and we will not publish it.
Liability
We will carry out the work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost opportunity, or for problems caused by artwork, materials or site conditions you supplied.
Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as transport disruption, power cuts, extreme weather, strikes or supplier failure. We will tell you promptly and agree a new date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer-protection rule in your country gives you a different right.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask before you order: MH.hdco@gmail.com or 010 2922 9298. We would rather explain a term than have you agree to something you did not intend.
