What this website does with your information, in plain language.
Last updated 1 November 2026
Short version. This is a brochure site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, and loads nothing from third parties. The enquiry form opens your own email app — it does not send anything to a server.
What this site collects
HDco — Ideas Media Creative (“HDco”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. There are no accounts, no checkout, no newsletter sign-up and no analytics.
- No cookies. The site does not set any.
- No tracking or advertising. No analytics, pixels, session recording or advertising scripts.
- No third-party requests. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this site. Nothing loads from another company’s server.
- One local storage item. When you close the cookie notice, your browser stores
hdco-cookie-noticeso the notice does not reappear. It stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and can be deleted whenever you like — see the Cookie Policy.
The enquiry form does not submit to a server. It composes an email in your own email app, which you decide whether to send. Until you send it, those details stay on your device.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or knowingly collect payment card details, government identification numbers, health information, biometric data or other special-category data through this site. Please do not include that kind of information in an enquiry.
When you contact us
If you send an enquiry, email us or call, we receive what you choose to give us. Through the enquiry form that is typically:
- your name;
- your company, if you give one;
- your email address and, optionally, your phone number;
- the project type, deadline and description of the job;
- whether you agreed to receive marketing updates.
Only your name, email address and a description of the job are required. Everything else is optional, and the marketing box starts unticked.
The form asks you to confirm that you are 16 or over. If you are younger, please have a parent or guardian contact us instead.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — with your consent, given when you tick the consent box and send the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To deliver a project you have ordered — to perform our contract with you.
- To send occasional updates — only if you tick the optional marketing box. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
- To keep business and tax records — to meet legal obligations.
We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Your details are seen by the people at HDco who need them to reply to you or run your job. Email is hosted by Google (Gmail), which processes it on our behalf under its own terms and data-processing commitments. We may also use professional advisers, such as an accountant, where necessary, or disclose information where the law requires it.
Google may process email outside Egypt. Where that happens, the transfer relies on Google’s own safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a job: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Project and accounting records: for as long as needed to run the job and meet legal record-keeping requirements.
- Marketing updates: until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to record the unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, MH.hdco@gmail.com with the subject “Data request”. We answer within 30 days and do not charge for a normal request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or where we are established.
Deleting your data. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you: email us with the subject “Data deletion”. We will delete what we are not required to keep for tax or legal reasons and confirm when it is done.
Unsubscribing. Use the unsubscribe link in any update, reply to an update with “unsubscribe”, or email us with the subject “Unsubscribe”. It takes effect promptly; messages already being sent may still arrive.
Children
This site and our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf. If we learn that we have collected a child’s data, we will delete it.
Security
We keep enquiry details within our email and project files, restrict access to the people who need them, and use account passwords and two-factor authentication where available. Email is not a perfectly secure channel. If you need to send something sensitive, ask us for another route first.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described on this page.
