Service 03 / Production & Installation

The part that happens outside the workshop

Kiosks and retail fixtures built, stored and installed. Campaign material held in the warehouse, kitted by location and dispatched to a schedule. Crews on site until the last panel is up and the floor is swept.

What this covers

Made, held, moved and fitted

Some jobs are finished when the ink dries. Others are only finished when a kiosk is standing in a mall in a different city, wired up, branded and checked against a drawing.

This is the industrial half of HDco: fabrication, storage, logistics and site work, run by people who have done enough rollouts to know that the plan breaks on the day, not in the office.

  • Kiosks & pop-up units
  • Retail fixtures & counters
  • Display stands & shelving
  • Wall panelling & cladding
  • Metal frames & supports
  • Bespoke joinery & millwork
  • Fabric graphics & backdrops
  • Assembly, packing & kitting

02 / Warehouse & dispatch

Stock that lives with us, not in your back office

A campaign that runs in twelve places needs twelve complete sets of material. We hold the stock, pack each location's kit as one labelled unit, and dispatch against your schedule so nothing arrives short and nothing arrives early.

Between phases, the same warehouse becomes storage: fixtures kept for the next site, signage kept for replacements, and material collected back when a campaign comes down.

Storage
Short and long term storage of printed material, fixtures and display stock.
Kitting
Packing by location or by installation date, labelled and checked against a manifest.
Dispatch
Deliveries to site, to a store, or to a distributor — tracked, with proof of delivery.
Asset records
A record of what went where, so the next rollout can reuse it instead of rebuilding it.

03 / Where it fits

Three ways clients use this

Sometimes it's the whole job, sometimes it's the last mile after someone else has printed the artwork.

01

Full rollout

Design, print, fabrication, warehousing and installation handled end to end, with one schedule covering every location.

02

Installation only

You produce the material, we survey the site, install it to drawing and clear up afterwards — including out-of-hours work.

03

Storage & dispatch

We hold the stock, kit it by location and ship it on your dates, with a manifest you can check against.

04 / How a rollout runs

Survey first, then everything else

Most problems on a multi-site job come back to a measurement nobody took. So the survey comes first, the drawings come from the survey, and the schedule comes from the drawings.

Survey
Site visits, measurements and photographs for every location before anything is built.
Build
Fixtures and kiosks produced to drawing, with a prototype or sample where the design is new.
Kit
Each site's material packed as a single labelled set, checked against a manifest before it leaves.
Install
Crews working to a schedule and a set of drawings, out of hours where the site can't close.
Close out
Surplus returned to storage, sites left clean, and a record of what went where.
