We can design it
Artwork, campaign creative, print-ready files and the thinking behind them. If a brief is still a rough idea, it doesn't need a different agency first.
About / Ideas Media Creative
Three words sit under our name, and we take all three literally: the ideas, the media they're printed on, and the craft that turns a file into something standing in a room.
HDco started as a printing business and grew sideways. A client needed a sign to go with the poster, so we made signs. Then they needed the kiosk under the sign, and someone to install it in three locations by Thursday — so we built that capability too.
Today the workshop handles commercial printing, large-format work and fabrication. The studio next door handles artwork, campaign creative and the digital advertising that goes out alongside it. And a warehouse keeps the stock, holds the fixtures and dispatches the kits.
It's an unusual combination, and it means a job can stay with one supplier instead of being split across three.
02 / Ideas, media, creative
Three capabilities that most companies split across three suppliers — and three sets of invoices.
Artwork, campaign creative, print-ready files and the thinking behind them. If a brief is still a rough idea, it doesn't need a different agency first.
Books, catalogues and commercial print, plus large-format work on roll and rigid media. Colour managed so the brand survives the second run.
Frames, kiosks, fixtures and display structures, then the installation work that puts them where the public can see them.
03 / How we work
No mission statement, no values wheel — just the habits we hold ourselves to on every job.
Layout proof, then a colour proof for anything that has to match something already printed. Nothing runs until you've signed it off.
If a deadline won't hold, or a substrate won't do what you're hoping, we'll say so before you've paid for it rather than after.
You deal with the person who knows your job, from quote to installation — not a shared inbox and a ticket number.
Installation and site work are our own. We don't hand the last step to a subcontractor and hope the standard holds.
04 / The palette
The colours in the HDco logo are the colours of a printed full-colour job: process inks, a spot colour, and the greys underneath them.
Send us the job and the date it's needed. If we're the right people for it, we'll say so — and if we're not, we'll say that too.
